Yes, you can send returns to our '5 East Street' address(above). It is fine for you to return goods to us for a refund if you just don't like it. If a note could be put inside the package explaining what is happening with the item it saves confusion when we open the package.

Please note that postage costs to get it to us will only be refunded if the goods are faulty.

Can I exchange my purchase for another product?

Yes, again, send it back to the '5 East Street' address with a note inside explaining what you would like the product exchanged for. Then we can arrange to send out the replacement products, free of charge to the UK but normal postage charges overseas.

You can ring and check the status of individual orders and we will give you the most accurate prediction of when it will be arriving with you that we can.

Do you have stock of an item?

We can check stock for you if you give us a ring in the Bridport shop (01308 421242).

Please note that there is no indication of stock on the website so do not assume a product will be delivered next day as it is on the site. Again you can e-mail or telephone to make sure the product is in stock.

Why hasn't my order been delivered next day?

This would be because the item is out of stock with us and unavailable either temporarily or permanently, you can check the predicted time of arrival by contacting us by phone or e-mail. But please note there is no indication of stock anywhere on the website, not even on the Oakley site, so please do not assume that we have items in stock if they are on the website.
