You can e-mail or phone us to check the stock situation here or at our suppliers. |
PAY |
You can then place your order on the website or over the phone with us and pay with and major credit card. |
RECIEVE |
We will then deliver to the address specified via Royal Mail Special Delivery for all Sunglasses and Watches. Everything else on the site(footwear) is sent via Parcel Force. So you should recieve anything we ordered the next working if the item is in stock with us. |
RETURNING? |
If you would like to return then there are two reasons: Dont like it / Not suitable - No worries, send it back to us with a note inside letting us know what the reason for return is and whether you would like a refund or a different style or size. We will get it processed as quickly as possible. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR POSTAGE COSTS ON RETURNS THAT AREN'T FAULTY! Faulty / Incorrect - If the goods you received are faulty or incorrect then do send them back to us. We will check it out upon receipt of the goods. If a replacement product is needed it will be sent out free of charge, if a different style then credits and debits can be organised, and of course a full refund for the product can be issued. WE WILL REFUND YOUR POSTAGE COSTS ON RETURNS THAT ARE FAULTY! |
