Also there is a Bulk Stock section, we keep this up to date as best we can with the styles we have bulk loads of.
DELIVERY TIMES We will try our best to get your order processed as quickly as possible. To ensure next day delivery you must check the item is in stock with us, place your order before 4 o'clock pm(so we have time to pack and post it), lastly the order must be over £50 be sent Royal Mail 'Special Delivery'. Orders between £10 and £50 will be sent Royal Mail First Class 'Signed For'. Orders below £10 will be sent First Class Post.
If your order is placed after four o'clock it will be processed the following day. (Please note we only process orders Monday to Friday)
If an item is not in stock here we will attempt to order it in. Our cut off for ordering with Oakley is 3 o'clock pm, every order we make is delivered the next working day. Then the day we receive it we will despatch it to you, the method depending on the value as stated above.
If it is out of stock with Oakley when we order we will notify you and either let you know how long it will take or try and find something else that is suitable.
DELIVERY COST The cost of delivery of Oakleys is Free of Charge to the UK
Delivery to any EU country is £5
Delivery to 'Elsewhere' (any country other than UK and EU countries) will cost £10 postage and packing, but the VAT(tax) is deducted.
If you are in the Channel Islands then please select UK postage, we will notice when we are sending it out and deduct the VAT from the order for you.
BROKEN OAKLEYS If you have received a pair of Oakleys from us that are faulty then please get in touch as soon as possible, we give you 7 days to inform us of faulty items, but we are flexible if there is valid reason for late returns (Holidays etc.). We will be happy to take back the faulty item and refund your postage to get it to us (we suggest a signed for service to return to ensure safe delivery), then we will either exchange the item or refund the item.
If you have a pair of Oakleys that have broken then I would always suggest giving Oakley Customer Services a ring: 01462 475400
They can replace frames that are still under warrenty (one year from time of purchase). Lenses are not covered under the warrenty however, so you will have to pay a charge to have them replaced. Oakley Customer Services can give you availability and prices on replacement lenses.

CASES We do get asked a lot about free cases, as default we do not offer a case with our eyewear. But there are some styles that do come with a free case, due to Oakley being generous enough to sell them with the free cases. These styles include: Radar, Flak Jacket, Nano Wire 1.0, Nano Wire 2.0, Nano Wire 3.0, Disobey, Dart, Grapevine, Speechless, Behave, Script, Belong, Betray, Breathless, Eternal, Ravishing any Array packages and Prescription orders all come with a free case.

LENS CHANGING We have countless phone calls regarding changing of lenses on Oakleys, so I have put together a short guide to getting your lenses changed:- (i hope this helps)
Half Jacket To take out the lenses hold upside and split from the middle, once clicked out just remove the lens from the edge of the frame. To put it in reverse this process, so locate lens into the side of the frame first, then wrap the frame around the lens, bringing the center of the frame into location, then with the right amount of force it will click into place. Repeat for second lens.
Flak Jacket Same as the Half Jacket
M Frame To take out thumb and finger in the center of the lens, grabbing it from both sides(back and front), then while holding the lens pull the frame away from the lens, should just pop out. To put it in firstly locate both the edges of the lens in the frame, make sure you get them exactly where they need to be, right in there. This should loosely hold the lens in place, then holding the frame upside down with your thumbs on the frame, run your fingers up the lens and click the middle of the frame over the lens with your thumbs.
Radar To take out pull nose piece down below the lens, that just kinda hangs there, then pull lens out of the frame. To put it in locate the edge of the lens in the frame, then push the frame over the lens, once in place the nose piece can be pull down and back up into place.
All Goggles To take out push the frame off the lens at the top first, then grab the frame and pop the sides out, then just pull the lens from the bottom of the frame. To put it in locate the lens into the bottom of the frame first, push the nodule in place, then put the sides in to place and click those nodules in, lastly push the top into place and click it in.
Due to high demand and low supply from Oakley sometimes it is necessary for us to swap a lens to get the order processed a bit quicker for you.
In this case we will mark the box with the lens we have swapped it to, so don't panic when you see a non-official label or the new name written in pen, it will be the correct lens inside. If you receive a goggle and think we have made an error then please get in touch, we will always be up for helping you out.
RETURNS Our returns system is very simple and pretty flexible. Faulty Returns - send the faulty product back with a note explaining what the problem is with them, also please include your name and contact number just in case there are any problems finding your details. Upon receiving the return we will inspect the item, if found faulty we will refund your postage, then either refund or exchange according to your instructions. We can exchange for anything else, debits or credits can be processed no problem.
Non-Faulty Returns - send back the item with a note with your name, number, the reason for return and what you would like us to do with the item. Please ensure you send the item back via a signed for service, then if it gets lost we have can track it down and avoid any loss to yourself.
We can then refund or exchange the item according to your instruction. We can exchange for anything, debits and credits can be processed no problem.

PRICE MATCH The Price Match service is a new addition to the site, simply put we will match the price of any other site.
Here are the terms to the service:-
E-mail us with the name of the shop or a direct link to where you found the item cheaper. Please include your contact details in the e-mail.
Please ensure postage is factored into your price. Remembering we offer free postage any postage charge from the other company will be added to the Price Match.
We will only match prices of product, we will not match a deal (i.e free case).
We will only match prices from official online Oakley dealer sites, so sadly eBay or similar sites are not included.

PRESCRIPTION OAKLEYS We are able to supply prescription Oakley sunglasses to you through special orders. You will need to place your order with us over the phone as our site is not cut out for it.
So if you are interested in a pair of prescription sunglasses then follow these steps:-
View the Price lists, the details are available from our Oakley Prescription Page. Please Note that all the prices shown on this list are retail, we take 20% discount from these prices.
Once you have viewed the list and chosen a model you must make sure you prescription fits the model.
You do this by checking the range that the frame can offer, mostly +2 to -4.
Then check you prescription, just add the numbers in the Sphere and Cylinder of the left eye and then for the right. If either value you get is higher then +2 or lower than -4 then your prescription is out of range and cant be completed.
If your prescription is in range then either fax the prescription details to us: 01308 421242 or e-mail. This will preserve the accuracy of the prescription.
Following this give us a ring and place the order for the glasses, we will take your details over the phone for the order, we will not charge at this point. We just keep the money on hold as it were.
We will place the order with Oakley with all the details, it will take from 10-12 working days, sometimes its a bit quicker. As soon as we receive them we will charge your card and despatch them to you.

OCP - OAKLEY CUSTOM PROGRAM The Oakley Custom Program has taken off recently, formally known as the Build to Order Department. Basically we can get Oakleys of certain styles built up with frame and lens options that you would prefer.

You will then need to place your order over the phone with us as the site is not cut out to take orders of this type.
We can give you advice and help you with lens types over the phone if you need to.
Once you have placed your order with us please allow 5-7 working days for the OCP to be built up.
