RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please ensure all items are returned to us in an unworn condition with all the packaging and labels intact. Also, please ensure your package is sent back with suitable postal insurance. We recommend Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery.
Returning Non-Faulty Items
If you are returning for an exchange or refund on your product then it is up to you to pay the postage back to us, but we will post out the exchanges to the UK free of charge, exchanges to the rest of the world I am afraid we will have to charge the postage charge again.
Please ensure that a note is included in the package informing us of your name, address, reason for return and what you would like us to do with the item, i.e, exchange or refund..
Returning Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item from us then our profound apologies.
Please send it back via a signed for service and we will refund your postage and correct the mistake as quickly as we can.
Custom and Prescription Sunglasses
Sadly we cannot accept returns on any Custom Sunglasses orders.
This is because it is made specifically to your specification and cannot be bought by anyone else.
Also Oakley do not accept returns on custom eyewear so we do not have support from our supplier in this regard.
Prescriptions however have a 30 day return time period, this is because Oakley uses wrapping technology to create your prescription on the curved lens,
this can cause problems for some people like headaches or blurry, if this happens we will accept a prescription return within 30 days.
I would suggest to try on a pair like it in a shop and to check lens tints are suitable before placing an order with us.
Extra Information for Foreign Packages
If you are sending a package back from outside the UK or European Union, you will need to fill in a customs declaration form (CN22). As you are sending goods back to us we ask you to fill in the description as "Shoes - Goods for Exchange" and write the items down as zero value. This is completely legal and will avoid import duties. If you incorrectly fill in the CN22 and we are charged, we will have no choice but to charge you accordingly.
